OUR FOUNDER

Thoalfi is an agile problem solver with a mechanical and industrial engineering background.

He has spent most of his career at The Absolut Company as Head of Operations for the Our/Vodka initiative. Thoalfi holds extensive knowledge in beverage operations, having built and managed vodka distilleries and production facilities across Europe and the USA, including building the first vodka distillery since prohibition in Manhattan, with a consumer-facing bar.

A successful beverage product and healthy supply chain must always stem from an innovative idea backed by consumer demand. Thoalfi’s experience managing spirits brands has developed his understanding of the mechanics required for a brand to succeed in this ever-evolving market. Planning, value engineering, sustainability, and process optimization are at the heart of everything he does.
